Tony and Patricia were excellent. We used them to both sell and purchase our new homes. They were always quick to respond. Great at promoting the sale of our home on social media and doing virtual tours as covid hit and we were in uncharted waters. I cannot stress enough how professional and attentive Trans State reality is about their job. Patricia and Tony are a great group who take every detail we were looking for in a home to heart and found us not only one home, but two homes.

The dedication to their clients is wonderful and treat you like family. They  found us a wonderful villa for our started home and when we reached out a second time when our family grew they not only found us our dream home, but also got our first home sold before closing on the second in just two weeks.

Patricia and Tony were able to sell our home within two weeks on the market.  They helped us review our home before in order to give tips for staging and make sure that we focused on only the right projects to complete.  They were knowledgable about the area and helped to ease our nerves throughout the whole process.
